suspention issues
car is a hand full, , the first 200-300 ft its all over the track, drives great on top end at 122 mpg 10.90 car, look at the slow motion video , fast forward to 1:30 min, looks like the ass end of car is off the ground, thinking my junk air shocks are the issue now

Re: suspention issues
The videos need to be a lot better.
The first scrunched-up "vertical video" clip is completely useless, and shot from way too far away from the car. Next time be sure to tell them to rotate the cell phone sideways & shoot the video in landscape format.
The second video is slightly better since it's somewhat closer to the car & shot in landscape format. But it still needs to be shot a lot closer to the car & the video quality/resolution needs to be a lot better.
Gotta ask, why air shocks on a drag car? JMO but that shit didn't ever work right on a drag car way back in the 1970's, so it's a good bet they aren't going to work any better these days either.

With some GT rear springs and and four cylinder front springs. No sway bar up front and a GT rear sway bar . Some tubular control arms would be help too . On a budget ^^^^ this works

^^^Same. Good 60ft' for what you have. A lot of guys would also go with some 90/10's on the front too. It's all old school tricks but, it still works.gmsmkr wrote:The type of suspension whitefield is talking about is really a good budget combo cut 1 coil off the springs and rock on.....
