C4

If I can't afford built glide or c6 how hard is it to refresh my built c4? After doing pump gasket I did about 20+ more 1/4 drags with about 20 miles on street. It wasn't falling off with my new best 60 ft and time came on 3rd to last run of the year. But there is some oil down on pan so leaks are starting. It has 3500 stall with reverse locking trans brake.
Also what's a good blanket/diaper for c4 to catch residual oil? I do plan on hitting it a whole race season and many test and tunes as I need to get better as a driver and work out all kinks on car.
Motor is 521 roush yates with 620 hp at crank (according to sheet) but I will be adding laughing gas but with c4 125 wet shot max just for fun to try to get a 9.xx run.

They are simple transmissions like the C6 and not the hard like some of the overdrives are. If it is not slowing down and the fluid looks good and there is no metal in the pan, I would keep running it.

Will drain oil and drop pan tomorrow as today's high is 47 and rain with trick or treating at 4.
