What rods bearings would work better with my 605 build?
Was looking at the Clevite CB-743 HNK, but I am confused
about the "narrow" profile. Will these work with a Briant crank
and Oliver rods or is there a better choice?

Narrow or chamfered bearings are usual with a big radius journal.
