No all stock suspension.... they where flush with the lip

OK. Going to show this to my dad. What do the floors look like? What does the car need structurally? Any more rust on floors, quarters, etc...?
He's been eying a 65 Falcon Sprint Convertible but it needs some floors and maybe torque boxes. Just curious how this matches up rust wise...?
