Welcome,
You will need a photo bucket account to upload pics, if you do not have one go to www.photobucket.com the account is free to setup and use. Once you setup/go into your existing account and either upload or select your photos, you can resize them if you want by clicking on them when you are done and a photo is selected you will see on the right hand side a group of boxes which will have various codes click on the HTML box and it will say copied then you can RIGHT click on the message area of a post and select "paste" viola pic inserted.

Jamestown KY our local track in Jamestown 1/8. Go to London and Bowling Green also

Bowling Green track is one of my favorites. Haven't been to London or Jamestown.
