Cam failure, cylinder scoring questions

Had a cam fail on break in. I can feel, just barely, with my bare hand some scoring on the cylinder wall on 2 cylinders. Should a guy touch them up with a home and go if he is not worried about a little blow buy or is it asking for trouble? Not a driver, just a toy.

I would bail hone a touch to smooth it out.
