Nice Frank, Prime grade nicely marbled grain fed Alberta Beef Ribeye's in the Butcher's cut 
But damn your making hungry, I have a some 1"ers here but I am trying to organize the garage, but you got me thinking I may have to set up a gazebo over the BBQ and have some rainy weather steaks.
