Need evacuation pump I think. My 521 smokes at 6,000+ and I have the evacuation to the back of header to. You must have more pressure

I don't get any issues until I'm in 3rd at the end of the track so maybe your system is working great up top but is letting the pressure stay down low? Hopefully someone can help that has had this issue but all I have seen is vacuum pump to solve it if vent system fails.
Did you get bung in the collector and have a muffler not to far after?

Check and see if your evacuation tube has vacuum on one of the filter / breather where it goes in the Valve cover at idle.

Piston rings may not be seated. Just a thought!

My understanding is no muffler, evacuation doesn't happen. Could be why you're not getting oil out exhaust and I am?

Both are pulling vac... it didn't do this on AV gas but I did a cam swap and the alky swap all at once

A vacuum pump is a very good idea with alky.

Excessive blow-by originating from somewhere. With alky it a lot of times is bad exhaust valve guides or ring seal.

Vacuum in the crankcase will help this situation but, it needs to be fixed.

Thanks for all the help I think I'm going to swap back to gas and see what it does beings I need a carb anyway.

It just throwing me a loop cause the motor didn't have many miles on it before the cam and alky swap... most about 150hrs before all the change
