p51 heads
i have a few questions about the p51 heas. in the process of swapping a set of A429cj heads off for a set of p51. my question is as i was being told i cannot use my pushrods that i have now. whats the length and does anyone has a price? kaase doesnt list the price on them? if the pushrods are .100 longer then factory can i use the ones i have or will i need them longer then what i have?

The rods are not only longer but, the exhaust are longer than the intake.
You'll need a new set of rods. I get about $125 for the 3/8".

You best to check for proper length before you order. There are some slight variances in the rockers from manufacturer to manufacturer that will affect pushrod length.
For example I went from a set of the FRPP A460 blue rockers to a set of the new Comp Ultra Pro Magnum and I need a slightly different length now.

good to know. do you have or get the bigger pushrods? 7/16? jw not sure what size ill need. motor will be seeing 7200-7500 weekly .738/.738 roller. bracket motor

good to know. im running the scorpion 1.73 rockers now. one did break after 13 years of use. ill be buying a new set tho
