The one that's in the 360 cnc package?
Re: valve cracking
The valve is cracking because it's flexing. Spring pressure or the valve head is too thin. Radial cracks from the seat inward.

Yep, too much cup angle in the face of the valve in my opinion.

I agree with the 11/32" stem but, it's not "the" issue.
That valve is + .100".....I'm sure Phillip has a job number for a custom Manley valve to replace that unit.

It is just this kind of thing which makes no sense to me; maybe because I am in business for a living.
Somebody paid the price of probably broken valves, figuring out a solution as to why and then having "Custom" valves made to their specifications in order to solve a distinct problem.
Buy the valves from whoever as they deserve to make a profit from their own misgivings and work; or you are free to figure out your own custom valves.
Why does anyone presume they are entitled to reap the monetary benefits of his testing and figuring it all out ...?
Again, just have him get those valves; (not simply the number so, he is totally by-passed).
It is not the amount which rankles me but, the entitlement thought process of the whole thing within a lot of people.

Buy Titanium and be done with it.

Really...? That's a bunch of crap.
"Being Nice" has nothing to do with it.
The reality IS reality ... and my guess is that you will never understand the difference between "a little help" from "getting exact job numbers of whatever "custom" components are deemed necessary to alleviate an issue, where someone else has spent many hours of their own time and money fixing that same problem".
You're not the only one ... probably half the world has the conception they are the only one's who matter and deserve everything out there whenever they want it.
You got a "little help" telling you where you could probably acquire the valves ... but, that was not enough; you wanted more.
Re: valve cracking
