push rod question Empty push rod question

I have a question about which push rod is going to have better valve train control and less flex 5/16 .105 thick wall push rod or a 3/8 .080 thick wall push rod ? Spring PSI is 225 seat and close to 700 open . Thanks Whitefield

Both would be about the same strength but flexing the. 3/8 should not flex as bad as the 5/16 because it is bigger around and would support more side loading

Yep ... 3/8" diameter x .080" wall.
