recommendations for FBB builders on west coast.

Hi everyone, new to the forum and looking to do some endurance desert racing with a stroker 460 combo. We have used small block stroker fords(small block/big ci) in the past but looking to step up to an aluminum big block for a new build. Any recommendations for builders on the west coast? or any companies do race engines with freshen up packages thru freight back and forth etc?
