Prayers for the crew of the USS Fitzgerald
My thoughts and prayers go out to the families of and the sailors of the USS Fitzgerald that was recently involved in a collision at sea. Having served onboard a Destroyer myself I understand all too well how dangerous shipboard life can be. We were involved in a minor collision and that investigation took a very long time. Those responsible will be held accountable whether it was the sailors and officers onboard the Fitzgerald or the Philippine container ship.

The accounts on the news say that Human Error, (not technical), was the reason it happened.
Now the question becomes ... WHOSE human error...?
