This what I've done in my lifetime to give the Ford guy that choose not to run a Chev transmission!

4140 billet steel forward drum , 7075 T6 Aluminum billet Direct Drum , 300M input shaft and "NOW" 4130 CM billet pressure plates for your Forward and Direct Drums !!

the billet PP 's are because over time the stock powered metal PP shatter over time at racing pressures

Does the band tend to "track" the aluminum drum; is that aluminum hard coat anodized ...?
We had that trouble with the aluminum "turbo" drum when the band was simply used for decel...
Looks like needed stuff, though ... good job.

the drum is not hard anodized , using the Red Alto 2 1/2" wide band seem to work , I was told though that if you used a kevlar band on it you'd have trouble .
