Being that they say it will include O.E.M. vehicles originally equipped with a turbocharger, Ecoboost type engines of all manufactures will be a thing of the past there ...?
The auto manufacturers worldwide would never allow that to happen. That is the only way they can meet CAFE mileage averages these days.
