Sounds like a cam for the SBF that I've seen listed by just about every cam manufacturer since the late 70's early 80's, I had one in the early 80's that was a Crane and they called it one of their Fireball grinds, they like most listed it as .512 lift and 230 duration but I'm guessing its the same. In a 68 Jcode 4 speed Mustang with a mostly stock 302 other than the cam, headers and Holley carb it made the 302 pretty soft on the bottom but once you got the rpm's up a little it ran strong and seemed like it would rev forever. I think it would be much stronger on the bottom in a 351W. It sounded tough in that 302 and would have worked a lot better with some steep rear gears.

It is probably a "re-boxed" generic grind camshaft. I remember "Wolverine Blue Racer" had a grind with those numbers.

What are the markings on the end of the cam?

^ I 2nd that.

It's also very close to the numbers of the Elgin E-949-P. That is a Non 302HO/351W camshaft.

After playing with the numbers of the Events from the pictures I believe it's Likely on a 110 LSA and may have 3 degree's advance ground into it by the .050" Event numbers.

If the above is correct I would say it's comparable to a CompCams Magnum 280H10 Grind.

You can pull some 302 Non HO Camshaft Pictures off Google, or Compare the Lobe Positions to a known 302 Non HO Camshaft, to be sure of the Firing Order.
