When you're living on the edge it doesnt take much to step over the limits. If you could get the temperature down to 170 to 175 that would be better. Sometimes an AFR number is not as good as going a step further and setting it to where it runs best. In your case 3 to 5 tenths lower may be best. Also make the tip in number be in the low 10's.
