Oil plug thread
What thread size/pitch is the oil plug in the front of the block on passenger side behind the timing chain?

It is a Ford "J" thread and the O.E.M. plug is hardened; Just like a Cleveland small block.
Both front oil plugs are that.

That would explain why I couldn’t find one. Don’t need one now I fixed the old one. For future reference are they available? Thanks.

Certainly, engine freeze plug kits from several sources or multiples from Dorman or Pioneer.
Some real auto parts stores will be able to service singles.
