Crank triggers. 4 or 12 magnets?
I am going to switch over to a crank trigger and find 4 and 12 magnet wheels. What I can't find is which one I should use. Can anyone offer some advice? Application is a 533 alky motor, bracket racing.
Thanks
Alan

4 magnets for a V-8, replacing a distributor triggered ignition.

I think more is better to a point. I would do a 12 magnet (I did) but I have Holley efi.

More isn’t better…… you need what you need for the signal, no more no less.
