One Thing For Sure I believe you will need if they Only Came with FE's that Year is a 385 Series Bell Housing/Transmission. The 351M and 400 Transmissions are the same Except for a few Ultra Rare SBF Pattern Ones. On A Lighter Note a Good Engine Hoist and Three People Makes it a Much More Enjoyable Experience I have Found. Don't Ask Me How I Know.

Yes, you will need the matching transmission. I used the Crites motor/frame mounts when I did it back in the 90's.
They also make the headers, but the early sets like I had were junk, and I had to cut them up and re-arrange them to make them work. I hear that they have improved them now. But their swap kit is crazy expensive!!
You will be wise to use big block coil springs too. And plan running manual brakes as the drivers side valve cover will not clear the brake booster, unless you modify the valve cover.

Crites
Those Crites headers will fit ok and I believe a company called tubular automotive makes headers also .But do yourself a favor andcut those shock towers back even with cut back towers it is a tight fit .I cant speak for any motor mounts but Crites would probably work out .My drag car is a 67 comet so I know the ropes .Good luck Doug
