Water pump?

Did they ever make a reverse rotation water pump for the 460? I am looking to adapt a serpentine system to the big block but the water pump will turn backwards.

I actually have 2 of the moroso kits. (Used one to run an alternator) but this is going to be a street car with (hopefully) all accessories working.

What besides the alternator do you need to drive [power steering or air conditioning!!If just the alternator i'm using a modified 5.0 Mustang serpentine water pump pulley IIRC and a 5.0 Mustang Serpentine Crank Pulley that bolts right onto the 460 Harmonic Balancer and i have a standard rotation water pump!!FWIW i'm using a V-6 Contour Dual Electric Fan Set Up now!!



In the pictures above i was using a Modified 3.8 V-6 water pump pulley but like i said above i now have a 5.0 Water Pump Pulley that has the serpentine groves in it the pulley above was smooth no groves the 5.0 pulley works much better no slippage!!

There are serpentine systems in the marketplace for a 385 Ford engine using a regular rotation water pump which also use a few idler pulleys in order to make that happen.

Is the car your working on a 2005 or newer Mustang?
