I doubt the headers would work on a '97 5.0 engine, as these are 2 "completely" different engines... That thing sounds good though... Looks like it was about done with RPM about 6800 or a little before as it sounded like she flattened out a little... Gotta dig those 5.0 badges...

the motor may rev to 7000 but it sound to me like it was about done at 6500

I believe the 5.0 Modular engine was always a DOHC/4valve... IIRC...
