By Chance would anyone Have ?

A D3 or D4 360/390 mid 70's block laying around ? That might not be to far of a drive from Roanoke,VA ? I had one given to me down in Tenn.. But the guy that had it has become deathly sick..and his Daughter has come in and sold all of his Ford parts...including my block.. So I'am back to looking again to get the Old 70 back up a running.. (blocks Cracked)

Ive got a few 360/390s laying around if you need one Russ. Im in SC about 5 1/2-6hrs from Roanoke. Let me know if I can help.

I think i have a 360/390 block as well if you still need one. I'am about 2hrs from roanoke 1hr west of staunton va, actually 220 runs within a mile of my house. Let me know Aaron

Thanks for the info also on Mt Pilot..I use to drive a beer truck up there...

And 4 speed do you know what the block numbers are on what you have..because its important that I use the later 360/390 blocks as they have the HD main webbing in them...and I'am going to thow a 428 crank in it..

the Merc 410 cube engine just used a reg. 390 block. unless your looking to bore to 428 size then some later 390 blocks can get it done

Yeah depending on the block D3TE or D4TE some on a sonic will go 4.130" but there rare...but even taking the 360/390 block out .030 will give me 416 cubes and may go .060" for as much as the Ol Truck will see the streets...Just a cruise in here and there or a sunday putt....
