How to load pics

ok im computor dum how ya post pics, tried but no workie

how i do it is
i upload my pics to photobucket.com
than i go to my pic and place the curser over the one i want to post.
4 little boxes pop up
i than copy the contents of the box marked " IMG CODE" (click on text in box, right click, select copy)
come back to the forum (i usualy open photobucket in a new window) and paste the "IMG CODE" text into the forum.

tried that copy & past but cant tell were it went when i clicked copy, dont know how to it back from where ever it went. ya im that dum i can load them in just cant get out. 1 2 3 tap tap tap i give
