General assembly questions Empty General assembly questions

Anyone have a diagram of what front cover and water pump bolts go where?

How far should the studs for the intake manifold be threaded into the heads? These are factory studs.

What size and length bolts hold the engine mount brackets to the block?

Any tips for putting the engine together and have it sit for no more then a month before I am able to break it in?

The threaded hole in the back of the factory intake, what size is it tapped for?

Best bet on picking up the engine and lowering it into the truck. Use one of those plates that bolt in place of the carb?

Tim if you let it sit go ahead and put your oil in it and prime the oil pump and engine and put the spark plugs in and put it in a bag or wrap it up let it sit if you let it sit longer just pull the dizzy and run the drill on it to keep everything in it oiled and you should be fine but prime it again real good before firing it up. On the bolt not sure on I used the front engine plate and mid plate on mine, the studs for the intake run them down and leave enough sticking out to get the nut on and thighten down with 2 or 3 treads sticking out of the nut after thightening.
