I use the Hoosier QTP's.

Prior to that I had BF Goodrich drag radials which I wasn't too impressed with. They finally hooked up when they were bald but then it was time to replace them. I went to the QTP's and picked up a tenth on my 60' and almost 3 tenths on the high end. I like them. But they wear quick on alot of street driving and you don't want to get caught in rain with em Mad Thats all I've used as far as DOT street slicks are concerned.

I have used most types.

The ET street is pretty much a slick with grooves cut in it. Supposed to use a tube but you don't have to.
The ET street radial is what I have now, looks good, hooks good, and is more stable. It kinda has a tread pattern.
The BFG (radial) was great on the street and track but it needed a bit of heat to want to hook.
The only hoosiers I ran are slicks, and worked like slicks do Very Happy

All testing done with a 3500lb car w/ around 500HP

I like the MT ET Street Radials, if you are gonna be driving any decent amount of miles I would go with one of the Drag Radials. For us the MT's lasted a whole lot longer than the Hoosiers but the Hoosiers worked really well, BFG's probably last the longest and are probably the best for the street but are at the bottom of the ladder for all out racing traction and the new Good Years are working really well at the track for people since they redesigned them. I think you'll find the biggest selection of sizes with the MT's.

Hope this helps

I have the 28X11.5X15" Mickey Thompson ET Streets on my 89 Mustang. But in the future i would like to try the Mickey Thompson ET Drag Radial i hear they work better than the ET Streets.
