1969 Vintage 429 engine 4-sale - **SOLD**

I have a 1969 429 engine from pan to manifold, (no carb & missing the rt side exhaust manifold). I purchased this for a project car and I now have a different shortblock & heads for my project.

I was told this engine has approx. 110K miles on it and never rebuilt. I have yet to tear this engine down.
Block casting number is C9VE-5
Head casting numbers are C9VE-A
Intake casting number is C9AE-9425-0

I have pulled the pan on this and the bottom end feels nice. Not sloppy & shagged-out... This is a pick-up only deal unless the buyer wants to arrange for someone else to pick it up and ship it. I'm asking $550. Which is $100 less than what I paid for it. It turns over fine. It is currently mounted to my engine stand, so come see it. We can pull the heads if necessary, and you can take it away if you want it. I need to unload this because I don't need it and I need the engine stand. If this is not sold in it's entirety by end-of-day 03/28/10, I'm going to tear it down and part it out...

Is the motor still available? I live here in ohio in logan county. Do u know the exact year of the motor?

c9 would make it a 69 model engine
