Intake question

Has anyone ever put an A-head intake on a set of conventional heads? I thought I seen where it's been done the other way and was just curious?

Look at the difference in the runner size of the two intakes. Quite abit of difference.

Not so much the size of the ports but, the shape and their location; the "A" port is about an inch higher than a standard head intake port.
