I have one thats been milled for short deck block .And i can't seem to get it to seal !

Have you tried the xtra thick gasket from TFS/Summit?

yes he tried thick gaskits also made a spacer plates with no luck on keeping it sealed.

how thick are the spacers that you made ?

The spacers are 5/16 and two thin gaskets.
