Bashed in headers (pics)
Whoever built the car I bought really smashed in a couple of the header tubes for clearance. The pictures really don't do any justice as seeing them in person These are 2 inch Hooker Super Comps and are bashed in basically half way and range 3 - 5 inches in length I was wondering does that have any affect on the engine performance? I kinda thought it would but not sure. I have done a little smash here and there on other ones but nothing like this .
My buddy Dominic has been helping me out ALOT!! We've cut ,welded and clearanced alot for header clearance, front and mid-plates, PG install, steering shaft and drive shaft work. It's looking good. I'll start a new thread in the build section.
Thanks Guys

Yeah, we already replaced them and rearranged the routing a little. These two may be a tad longer than before. They fit like a glove now. Real nice

I would say that flow would have been drastically restricted! The Hookers never fit real well out of the box anyway, so replacing the bad tubes would only be an improvement.
