Can I run a carb on EFI heads?

I have a bud that is building a 460, and I have a nice set of EFI heads with exhaust manifolds that will work great for him.

Problem is, he wants to run a carb. Is there an intake available for this?

Yes,Price motorsports makes a adaptor for the EFI heads.

yes, only if he runs a W tire ..................

2 other options besides the price stuff, weld up the ports on a aftermarket carb intake or make an adapter to mount the carb on the factory efi manifold and plug the injectors.

Paul Kane shows one that is in the "under development" stage on his site... might check to see if there are any updates as of yet.

Yes, the website says "under development" because we made just one, then tested it (Van). It ran successfully for about 3 years on a 460FI (with carb & adaptor). They are easy enough to duplicate but we don't have them on the list for being produced any time soon as there are higher priority production runs for the time being. Check with Price Motorsports as their adaptor is virtually identical and just fine.

i made one and never used it, i tossed it in the trash a few weeks ago ..got tired of looking at it
