Denaro: Very nice, but it will be kind of expensive feeding that with .308 ammo! It'll guzzle boxes of ammo about as fast as that 557 is going to guzzle gasoline. The AR 15 I sold was a Bushmaster Varminter w/ a 24" barrel and free floated aluminum tube fore end, looked very much similar to yours. You know what I mean, kind of like a sniper rifle ! Make sure when you by a scope for it that you buy a good one, that rifle is much too nice to have a junk scope mounted on it. My Winchester .308 Hvy BBL Varmint rifle has a real nice Burris 6x24x44 scope on it. You can zero right in, even at over 200 yards. Where are you going to be able to shoot that thing around the Motor City?
