WIRING GURU....HERES A FUN PROJECT FOR YOU!

ok wiring gurus: can someone break down exactly what is going on here.....I want to build a similar panel for my wiring project, and I would like something that looks like this...can anyone label the pics and tell me what is what and WHY...

yeah i know it from a chevy site,,,,can someone give me a detailed breakdown of what he is doin with the board by looking at the pics....

if so please save the pic and label what is what and why if you dont mind

organized confusion
lots of terminal strips and space taken up for a few relays, and a dozen fuses.

I think that could be simplified lots. It looks really nice but simple is always better. Easier to find problems and fix.
