Pre-Order Bash DVD Now!!

We are taking pre-orders, for DVDs now to be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. Like last year we will include a photo CD from everyone who sends us pictures or has the links on the web. DVDs are $20 (USD) + $5 (USD) S&H (USA). Overseas shipping $10. What would the shipping be to Canada? Postal Code: N5A 4P6.
US Postal service works best, UPS is WAY too expensive for customs etc.
