High end, custom built per application for the most part. Not cheap, that's for sure. Very popular in Pro Stock applications.

Re: Braswell Carburators
I decided to call and get some info.
Gave him my info and he replied that they wouldn't have any thing for a low rpm combonation like mine. (I even streched the truth a little and said that it might see 7,000rpm but on average 6,000rpm.) Pretty cool, a 529cu at 7,000rpm with 200shot is too small!
So now I did everyone a favor on the website! Don't call them unless you got big cubic inches at very high rpm and deep pockets!!

As you know I am a beginner and by no means a high roller. I'll stick with Holley / Quickfuel / ProSystem carbs.

Re: Braswell Carburators
Braswell doesn't just do carburetors for large engines etc they do all sorts of stuff and Dave Braswell is one of the very best when it comes to carburetion. High quality carburetion cannot be mass produced and if you think about it with as much money as is spent on an engine what's another few hundred dollars when it can get you the very best? I'm talking horsepower AND longer engine life.

Dave Braswell has been at the top of the professional race carb food chain for at least twenty years. He only caters to hihgh end profesional level racing as a simple matter of having limited time. A nice guy to talk with.
