Here’s an official announcement about an upcoming race at The New Jackson Dragway.

Saturday Night, June 5th, underneath the lights will be the biggest one day show so far this year with 6 different classes in competition in Jackson.

Leading the pack are those wild, crowd pleasing Dixie Door Slammers. That’s right race fans, the wildest show on earth is gonna rotate the ground in Jackson! Fans, the blower cars wanna beat the nitrous cars and the other way around. Louie Williams in his blown 1963 Corvette is looking to repeat his 2009 Series Championship at their second event of the year. Recently during their first event of the year the Series had a huge success and are looking to bring that momentum to Jackson on June 5th. Tell your friends and family not to miss the Dixie Door Slammers!

Next, Bracket Racers are gonna love this. What’s everyone’s’ favorite four letter word? F-R-E-E!!! So you guessed it Super Pro and Footbrake drivers, David Glidewell and the crew are hosting their first FREE Bracket Race of the year. You got it…no entry fee bracket race for Super Pro and Footbrake racers on June 5th and it pays $1,000 to win in each class in cold hard cash. Almost $3,000 up for grabs that night to bracket racers and its FREE!!!

Finally, you asked for it and you got it Index Racers. Three, that’s right three different index classes will get their long awaited shot at the new track surface at The New Jackson Dragway. Racers in 5.30, 6.0 and 7.0 finally get their chance to shine in classes featuring 100% payouts! So folks if you like heads up racing, here’s a chance to see it at its best. The heads up racers have been hoping for a chance at the new track at Jackson and we know they will go all out to put on a great show for everyone.

Whew! David Glidewell is going all out on June 5th with three different categories and six different classes. The Dixie Doorslammers, Free Bracket Race and Heads up Index Racing!!!
