and dont forget the super glue
around seals on each end
after is together sooo
it dont leak cheers

Its a recall D, most just need a reprogram, this one went too long lol. This thread was not intended to bag on you or Ford, just showing what I do at work...shit happens.

2010 fusion...................programming issue that led to a direct clutch pack failure..........most just need the update, this one went too long lol.

Its all back together, will find time tomorrow to poke it back in between the diesel work that never slacks off.

Got another failed 6.4 in today that needs a shortblock......................man those things are junk.......... Mad

Man I don't know, no rhyme or reason to it.............and honestly you have to bust your ass to do one and they dont pay that well, then all the bs with getting approval and all from Ford. The answer we gave the guy today is "well this is a perfect example of why Ford built their own motor".

Priced a customer pay rad job in one today also, radiator lists for 780.00 alone..went up 100 bucks from a month ago...............hope they are worth the extra coin as in they wont fail.............

Sucker would be gone before it hit 100k.
