flooding
anybody else have trouble with flooding lately ? it just about ruined me yesterday here in mo. it ruined every car in our salvage yard over 1200 vehicles 3 buildings all our parts inventory. our equipment our truck scale was lifted and floated over . my tire shop right down the road was flooded too. two of my farms i rent where under water just a bad bad day i guess the tire store will be back running today but the rest may take awhile . brad

we had it here a few weeks ago, now its just hot as hell and the humidity is awful for this time of year due to all the rain.

I've been pretty lucky, all around here in TN has been getting hit this year... but nothing in the town I live in.

got hit again last night water was out again that makes 3 times this year but tuesdays was by far the worst. never really been flooded before . man the weathers tough this year

Sorry to hear about the bad luck there Brad. I haven't had really bad weather, the rains have been nice. I have been having a lot of bad luck with putting up hay, and my wheat got hailed to crap, but still had to harvest it, all 30 some bushels/acre. Our usual average is in the upper 60's to 80bu/a. Hope it turns around for you. Old saying is that the reason the Lord takes something good out of our hands is so he can put something better there. Hope it's true for you.

We've had rail here the last 10-12 days and looks like it's going to keep going for another week, those damn quick summer thunder storms and the heat index is 103!!!

105 today and no rain in sight. When we get rain, it lasts for 3 minutes, and turns the place into a tropical jungle. I'm in the house drinking beer and watching movies. I guess it is a good thing I'm on my 7 day break.........

id let you have the 10 to15 inches of rain that we got here just depends on where your at in these storms . i had a guy tell me that tuesday morning he had 9 inches of rain in a few hours i believe i got 5 and a half that morning then a inch and a half two days and 3and a half in an hour last nightMaddmattmustangs wrote:95lightiningguy wrote:Seeme to be all around me but nothin here.
