No, Not if the price was right. Just check them for equal roll-out.

We used to run used ones from the Pro Stock teams. They will last forever on a bracket car.

We only use ours for 15-20 1/8th mile runs and then sell them for $200. These are the 29.5x10.5s slicks. part #3062s

Those are Big Boys that have tire sponsors Nick. Pick a well financed team and buy some.....

Do they look tore up? You're not going to be hitting them as hard as they are. Look them over carefully, that's what we did. If not, buy new.....

Look the sidewalls over carefully. If they are going away, you can usually tell by their appearance. If there are "varicose veins" in them, leave them alone. I'm guessing with that few runs, there is still a lot of tread remaining. I'm no expert, but I've never been burnt on used slicks "yet". Doesn't mean it couldn't happen though. It's the old buyer beware deal.

Re: used slicks ?
Nick, the real fast guys kill the sidewalls............not to the point that they will not work for you though.
Consider them "broken in".

Re: used slicks ?
before you mount them up coat the inside with plenty of dish soap! solves lots or problems.
I will not let a set go for $100 with 9 passes. it' not worth changing them yet even with high horsepower at that time. That's $35-$40 per pass just for tires. sheesh

Got to watch the age on them to, you don't buy a whole bunch of them and leave them sit forever.

Re: used slicks ?
Bruno,
dont buy them , they would be great for a 12sec and slower deal , they are getting ride of those slicks due to the sidewalls being destroyed ...buy new or get a slick sponsor
