Ford vs Chevy at Gulfport Dragway, Gulfport MS October 23-24

The Ford Performance Association of New Orleans is hosting their annual Ford vs Chevy race October 23-24 at Gulfport Dragway in Gulfport, MS. T&T is on the 23rd and the race is on the 24th. The track is located south of Interstate 10 off of exit 31.

Bobby Achor is a member on this site and is in charge of the race for the Ford Performance Association. The event always has a low turnout of Ford vehicles so we should step up and try to fill those 100 Ford spots if we can. You can race anything from your daily driver to your all out race car amongst the 3 different classes.

I know we have some LA, MS, AL, GA and FL people that are on this site and are also within easy driving distance of this event. Drag your Fords out there and beat up on the bowties.

I plan to be there the weekend either driving or crewing on someone's car, so if you come to the race be sure to stop by and say hi.
