Re: Tube chassis 66 Fairlane for sale
Seems like a failrly useless rule.
Maybe 25 posts OR a month of membership. A scammer can be patient and make his posts (25 worthless posts) and then still scam anyone foolish enough to send that $500 money order for a set of ported A460 heads!

I've always liked those 66 / 67 Fairlanes! If I had one, it would be built very much like yours! But I think your price is a "little bit" high considering the hurt / possibly trashed motor. Just my opinion, so please don't be too offended. VERY nice car otherwise, good luck.

I know the price may be a little high but I'm not going to give the car away. Motor just needs new rods pistons and maybe a block. It's not hurting anything sitting in my garage collecting dust either and I just happen to have another (much slower) race car. I just figured I'd put it out there and see what happens. It's a very nice chassis car with no low buck parts.

It weighs 2900 race ready with no driver. The powerglide has the turbo spline input, transmission speacialties straight cut 1.80 gear set with aftermarket output, hardened input, tci pro brake, tci pan, csr shield, ATI adapter, 9" converter, billet backing plate, and stalls at 5400.
