Cale Aronson
Just saw Cale go the the final on MAV-TV ADRL racing in Extreme Pro Stock. He ran a 4.09 and lost on a hole shot. He used a .001 light to win in the quarters. Super nice car Cale. Good luck at future events.

I am on here too big dawg...
Thanks guys... I appriciate it! I am making some plans that will hopefully step it up for us next year a little more! That was a good race at Norwalk, and I had been leaving good all day, and when I went .001 I decided I needed some more air gap, I just put in a little too much, and to think I thought my .031 was bad! LOL!
Thanks again guys!
Re: Cale Aronson

Re: Cale Aronson
for you guys that dont know Cale , here is a story from his site :
From the beginning Cale Aronson has been being groomed for a career in IHRA Pro Stock, coming from a family with a heavy background in the sport. Cale’s father Chuck was one of the early racers to utilize the now dominate "Mountain Motor", along side of Jon Kaase. In 1982 Chuck made his way quickly to the number two spot in points in the AHRA Pro Stock category, winning 5 races that season. In 1983 Chuck went a step further when he took home the AHRA Pro Stock World Championship winning 12 out of 14 races and placing in the runner-up spot in the other two events. In that same year he was named the IHRA Rookie of the Year. From an early age Cale was spending his days in the shop learning how to do what seemed to come natural to his father. Growing up in the sport has allowed for Cale to have an extensive knowledge of the sport and utilize it in his own endeavors. Cale has been making his way up through the NMRA (National Mustang Racers Association) and Fun Ford Weekend events running in two different classes. Cale started off running in the highly contested all motor small block class which has been affectionately named the "Mini Pro Stock" class. He placed 4th in points his Rookie season and proceeded to build a new car. Working with the Ford Racing Performance Parts marketing department he secured and built one of the first 2005 Mustangs to be run in the nationally crazed class of 10.5W Outlaw. With Jon Kaase supplying the power for both cars, Cale never seemed to be under powered, and always made each pass down the track. While working on his 2005 Boss 698 Mustang, he was also crew chiefing for the Matt Jones, the man who purchased his former 2003 all motor small block car. While touring for a full year with Matt Jones, the duo was able to deafeat every car they faced, going undefeated for the season. Together they set the National Elapse Time Record, and National MPH Record for an all motor small block True 10.5 car.
The 2005 Boss Mustang Outlaw 10.5 car made headlines everywhere in the racing industry. Cale became the first racer to win a national event in Outlaw with a non-power adder car and he remains alone on that list today! After running the car for a little over a season, Cale switched the car over to running two stages of nitrous oxide, and kept right on showing how consistency could win! Never truly wanting to go down the route of a power adder, Aronson was quickly starting to put together a new plan that would set him up in a Jerry Haas built IHRA Pro Stock car.
Cale has always continued to be involved throughout the years in the high performance business in different areas, including publications, public relations, advertising, high performance consultation, and sales and much more. He has spent a large amount of time helping other racers reach the levels of competition that they wish to achieve. He has been given many opportunities to show his knowledge and rightful place in the industry. He has written for countless national publications and online forum/magazines. He has performed numerous consultation jobs for teams who are working on new programs, and he has continued to pursue his own racing career.
Aronson Motorsports was able to obtain a 2005 Pro Stock Escort that was in top notch condition just in time for testing, before the 2008 IHRA season. The Aronson’s made note that this was to be their testing and learning season. They had made plans to work on developing some new technology for the car, and to get used to different configurations that the car could run. They decided to attend a limited race schedule for the season and simply focus on learning.
For 2009 the Aronson’s have chosen to use Jerry Haas to develop and build all of their chassis. Specializing in IHRA and NHRA Pro Stock cars, Jerry has a strong past in the world of door slammer cars as both a racer and a chassis builder. This achievement is made by coupling together a perfect chassis combination along with astounding power in the engine department, which is still of course provided by Jon Kaase. Kaase is revered as one of the best engineers to ever work in the high performance engine world. With the last 13 national championships coming out of the Jon Kaase Racing Engines shop in Winder, Georgia, he and his staff have made the world take notice. Jon has also won the highly coveted Jeg’s and Popular Hot Rodding Engine Master’s Challenge twice.

Don't worry guys... I figured the "hero" they refer to is John Pluchino, who doesn't even drive the Cougar anymore. He has plenty of horsepower also! He has been a budget racer just like me for years! He is also known as a pretty decent driver. However I noticed a video from E-Town when we ran 1st round that popped up on youtube a while back, where John beat me when my trans broke. I was well ahead to the 1/8th, but didn't have fifth... but excuses are like butt holes, everybody has one! So, I will just look to the previous race when we ran first round and I was ahead all the way from start to finish.
He is a good guy, so I won't bust his ball too much, but those New Yorkers gotta stick together...
By the way... thanks! Ennis was a cluster F-Bomb central on how it all went down! We will be running all of ADRL again next year

Thankfully the ADRL gave you guys a place to race, unlike the IHRA who threw you under the bus...
