My newest project.............
I bought this from my cousin about 10 years ago, its actually the wife's truck. He bought it from my Grandpa before he passed and it sat at his place for 10 years or so as well. Ever since I got the thing from him its been in my other Granpa's barn collecting dust and rodents. He passed Earlier this year and we had to go out there and sort though the stuff, so I figured it was as good a time as any to get it.
Plan is to do a frame off, put a modern strut front end under it, build this c6 I have, a nice little pump gas 521 with some aluminum heads be it whatever I come across when I get ready. Make her a nice little driver she can put around town and lay the hurt on some guys if she feels the need.

Its the Chevy kids, and honestly its a pile of crap.........not even a year old and the paint is coming off, tires rub the fenders..yadda yadda...........lol. I did put the winch to the test, even had to cut a tree down in front of the truck to get it out. The front rims on the truck are rusted clean through so it had a hell of a time getting on there but it made it.

That'll make a cool truck. Looks like it has solid cab mounts,it isn't sagging on the body lines. You can get alot of parts for it now too. You'll have to stay off the computor and work on it

Very cool build. My old boss bought one off Flea-bay. Really neat looking old truck.
Would be neat to leave the look "faily" stock with a big ol DD (or "E") engine!!
Good luck!!
