lowering with straight front axle
just wondering if any one has any ideas on lowering my front end on the 63 f100 with leafs and straight axle, i know i can take a leaf out but i think im gonna need em all to take the weight of the iron 512 , does not really look like a shackle will work but have not looked real close, just fishin round for some ideas thanks Erv.

how about putting the axle on top of the leafs? (where the leafs are under the axle)...the only problem i see is that ther maybe a lot of stress on the U bolts....then again...cars are that way in the rear...will drop the front about 3 to 4 inches....not low enough...lowering blocks?

dont think i can put it under the spring because of the way the axle is made, that was my plan to start with, ill figure it out some how, may have to loose a spring

Check with Speedway Motors. THey have some nice kits...
