I wasn't looking for someone to rip on, I was just needing to get some answers for my wifes sister. We finally got some answers yesterday. London is snowed in and has like 10,000 pieces of lost luggage 5 of which probably belong to my SIL and her family. Nothing one can do about a natural disaster, but at least they should have told us what the deal was. It is easier to deal with problems when you know what they are. I'm thinking they should just leave a second wardrobe of clothes here in the US and not check anything. Cool
