Dyno Engine Failure Qs

If I ever get my A headed engine built I was hoping to get it on a dyno to tune it and see what it has. But I was wondering, if something goes wrong like the video linked below, who is responsible for the damage? I understand engine owner is out of luck as far as the engine damage goes but what if the dyno or other property is damaged? Or heaven forbid a person is injured?

Has this ever happened to any of you guys as engine owner, builder or dyno operator?

A good example of why to not use a stock flywheel, they left the sfi unit at home and did not feel like going back after it.......big mistake. Dyno operator should not have allowed it to be used.

Dyno I use usually wont dyno motors that have been built by others than himself, we are the exception lol.
