Pocket porting

Does anyone sell a DVD about cleaning up the heads on the BBF? I have an old set of A429 CJ aluminum that I want to clean up this winter but they aren't worth spending much money on with the price of the SCJ's Lem is selling. I only want to clean them up to help the solid tappet cam that will be going in this winter. Thanks
