I'm fine and thank you for your concern. The problem was that my mother passed away Oct.15th and I am co-executer of her estate along with her lawyer. It is a lot of work to do, and it seems like I've had a meeting with her lawyer every week since then.

Additionally I've been covered up with the usual "off season" cylinder heads and intake manifolds to do, and I just did not have time to get the seminar all put together. So I've canceled this years and we try real hard to do it next year,,,,actually I'm aiming towards the first weekend in Dec. 2011.

Glad to hear you are ok. Was worried. The loss of a family member and all that goes with it definatelt takes it toll. My prayers are with you.
