Ice ignition ????
I've heard people have issues with msd blaster coils , mostly on the top end of a 1/4 mile with and without nos . Has anyone used the ice ignition and will their coil work with the msd 6 box 2 step and retard box? What are you guys using?

We ran a blaster forever on the 13-1 alky carbed smallblock deal, I'll bet the guys that had issues it wasn't the coil alone that was causing the problem. On the other hand I'm all about having too much ign spark...........

The normal ICE coil will not work ... the ICE ignition is an INDUCTIVE type ignition and the MSD is a CAPACITIVE DISCHARGE type ignition.
I have had no problems with using the ACCELL #140019 when using either an MSD6 or MSD7 continuously on the dyno.
Re: Ice ignition ????
I was kinda hesitant about asking cause I've had a blaster for 4 years , and the guys I heard this from really don't tune their stuff so it could have been more , I thought either the ice coil or the pertronix for a few more volts , it can't hurt .

Thanks Bruno I was just gonna look them up. They don't have any tech on their coils yet.
