Re: tnt again!
I'd be sure to get a stiff sidewall no matter which brand you get, it'll help with the rebound after the initial hit that you seem to have, its a ladderbar thing combined with a good bit of power.

Re: tnt again!
i had my shocks pritty loose to get what little bite it would get.i have been thinking about the stiff sidewall but could'nt make my mind up.would have already had hoosiers but jegs only had one, soft sidewall, and Phillip did'nt answer his phone.M/T has a new compound stiff sidewall i may try but i'm not sure they'll hook like a soft.i'm runnen tubes now but i'm thinken stiff sidewall w/o tubes.richter69 wrote:I'd be sure to get a stiff sidewall no matter which brand you get, it'll help with the rebound after the initial hit that you seem to have, its a ladderbar thing combined with a good bit of power.

Re: tnt again!
I agree with Jon. I run a stiff sidewall M/T on the Banana without tubes. I don't remember the compound. Last year was my 1st year with them, and I got my best 60's with these tires. "1.36" in Spokane.

Wow our tracks around here don't let ya slide on anything not that i try to,heck i even wear fire pants and shoes plus the neck brace and only running 10.80's to 90's i guess it freaked me watching a viedo once of a 13 second mustang that wiped it and caught fire and the tennis shoes melting on his feet before he got out now he's missin toes screw that,i think the guys are nutz who wear there pajamas for long pants thats like a match waiting to be struck yet there in a $20'000 race car

Gotta agree with Jon, just because they don't make you put it on, do it for the love of your family, and to see the video of your f----up.

Re: tnt again!
the track at us43 always has good prep.the problem was not many cars and a little cool after dark.if the track dont see a good number of cars on it you wont get it where it should be.i think my old tires are a lot of it but i'll find out soon.i did get to see a fox body get on the bumper cool to see it but i'm sure he did'nt like it.
